Three year old Cretors E80 Flo-Thru popcorn popper.  This dependable low maintenance popper is a dream for small to mid-sized production operations or a retail location.  This unit will pop 80 pounds of kernels per hour.  The built in sifter separates old maids and crumbs so the product is ready to seasoning or entering the candy coating process. Quiet, dependable, clean, compact and virtually maintenance free, this popper is a is a perfect unit for your retail store or small production facility.   Here is the description from the Cretors website. Model 80 Continuous Hot Air Popper Originally designed for snack food plants, the Model 80 Continuous Hot Air Popper is gaining popularity among retail stores and large concession areas. • Production capacity of 80lbs. of raw corn per hour • Automatic continuous dry popper with Cretors patented hot air suspension system • Popcorn kernels are popped in a steady current of hot air where they are uniformly heated to popping temperature • Built-in sifter removes unpopped and undersized kernels • Digital temperature control allows the operator user to set an exact temperature for the best popping efficiency depending on the grade and corn hybrid being used • Combine the Model 80 Popper with Cretors 100lb. Caramelizer and/or FT80 Coaterfor a dependable popping plant to create a variety of popcorn batches using savory and caramel coatings.
