Cribmaster Toolbox Inventory Management System Vending Machines For sale- a pair of Cribmaster Toolbox Inventory Management System Vending Machines. As you can see the left is fitted with a control module, the other is not. My understanding is that the one with the controller would be attached to the one without and the single controller would handle both of them. The one without the controller has a label on the back that says it was manufactured by Winware, model AMS Toolbox 500. Pay attention here, this is where it might get complicated. The two shown in the pictures were sold to me as one lot. Additionally I bought another one with a controller as a single unit. The one in the pictures is labeled a Toolbox S/U. The one sold to me singly and neither shown NOR being sold here is labeled a Toolbox M/U. It occurred to me that the lots may or may not have been the pairing of the units before they were sent to surplus, so if you for some reason an M/U is a more appropriate controller for the Toolbox 500 than an S/U you need to let me know. Otherwise what you see is what you will get. I am listing these as used because I was specifically told by the surplus guys that when they picked these up they were told they worked fine. The controller is equipped with a card reader, I think the problem was that with no human oversight whatever was being dispensed was more or less being plundered instead. HOWEVER, I AM NOT SELLING THIS AS A TURNKEY SYSTEM. At the very least the locking mechanism that allows you to open the door will need to be rekeyed. The surplus guys are trying to track down a key for me, but I’m not holding my breath. And I was able to open the machines with another key so hopefully that makes replacing the lock easier if it comes to that. ALSO NOTE: I do not have a key for the controller door, I don’t know if that is required or not. I have not yet powered up the controller, will add pictures when I do. I do not know if it would be password protected or how it would be set up to dispense. So unless you have a working knowledge of this system I suspect you would do well NOT to buy it. Given the size and weight I think the freight costs involved would make a return impractical, so I am going to say no returns on this one, sorry. Thus far untested, sold as is, and NO warranty is offered. Please check out my other listings for more interesting lab, test, and optical equipment. I will eventually get around to listing the other single ToolBox with a controller, but I will probably wait until this pair sells to see which one I am left with. Check back often! Sold as is, as described, as pictured. Potential buyers are asked to please make sure you have read the listing carefully, and understand what you are buying. Ebay’s condition codes for used items, which I am now required to select from, might imply a degree of functionality that my limited time, knowledge, and facilities do not allow me to ascertain. If the functional condition of the item is known it will be stated as such in the listing. Unless a warranty is specifically offered returns are not accepted regardless of any implied functionality. You are also encouraged to visit my “ME” page, where my terms, conditions, and philosophy of doing business are outlined. I don’t think anything there is outside the bounds of normal e-commerce, but they are binding on the transaction. Shipping will be motor freight on a pallet unless you would like to come pick it up. I would estimate the shipping weight at around 1300 pounds. I would estimate the freight cost for that at between $500 and $1300 to the east and west coast respectively. Residential deliveries, deliveries that require liftgates, deliveries to the boonies, and deliveries to schools or universities will all be more because it takes longer for the carrier to get the job done. Shipping will be via Old Dominion Freight Lines, which has done a consistently good job getting my shipments where they are going without roughing them up. I will be happy to quote you for the shipment, but I need to know the zip code, residential or commercial, and whether a lift gate will be required. If you would prefer to use another carrier that’s fine . It will be shipping from a warehouse with a loading dock in zip code 23093, but I do not live there! I require pickup confirmation the day before and your carrier must provide an emailed printable copy of the Bill of Lading so that there is paperwork available for the driver to sign when he gets there. The BOL should have all the info filled out when I receive it, blank copies are unacceptable. I can ship this to Canada via Old Dominion, but they do not offer customs brokerage services, so you would need to have your own customs broker lined up before it shipped.
