Saunders C I Meter in good working order. Pictures show C I Meter with a 44.99Mhz quartz crystal, and a frequency counter.   To set up, just put in a resistor (say 100 ohms), plug in the rear BNC connector to a frequency counter, adjust the meter level to about mid range and adjust the frequency dial to the desired frequency. Now plug in your crystal to read it's frequency. Changing the resistor value to the same as the meter level tells you the equivalent crystal resistance.
