This is a 78 inch length of chain with a martin link that will fit over most handcuffs. No additional lock is required to secure wrists to waist. Simply slip the cuffs through the link and secure. This length will work for the largest prisoners, or go around twice on the smaller ones. This extra long security chain will give your imagination lots to work with, maybe a few pad locks are a good idea after all!
