CTD 12" Mitre cut-off saw; Model #: M25R General Info: This rugged, accurate heavy duty industrial indexing mitre cut-off saw CUTS YOUR COST. It will mitre up to 45 degrees each side of 0 degrees, with positive pin stops at 90, 45, 30, 22 1/2 , 15, 0. They cut wood, plastic and non-ferrous metals with high speed blades, carbide blades, and abrasive cut steel. STANDARD FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS: Blade Capacity: 12" OD (305mm) standard. Spindle & Pivot Shaft have preloaded, sealed ball bearings; .001 alignment of spindle and pivot. Arbor is 1" (25.4mm) OD with 2-1/2" (64mm) saw collars; 3700 RPM. Motors: 2 H.P. 1 or 3 Phase totally enclosed fan cooled with Manual Overload Starter; enclosed 2-belt drive. Iron Castings: Precision machined and ground. Blade Guard encloses blade and pivots up from base. Lower Guard rotates up into main Blade Guard. Actuation: Manual hand operation; optional power feed of saw head. Dust Outlet: Two 2" (51mm) dust outlets provided. 600 CFM required for each. Table Base: Made of iron castings and aluminum, precision machined and ground with milled slots to guide fences; saw head pivots up to 45° each way over the centerline of work; Disc is set flush with table and graduated each degree with 45° stops each direction; Fence brackets are fit to milled keyways in base and are adjustable front to back, and right to left.
