Holds 96 burgers at a time, holds ten dutch ovens / cook pots at a time - - or go 1/2 & 1/2 at the same time - I am 6' 4" and works for me . . comes with a platform for easy access if needed LARGE offset Fire box and vent - easy to control heat. DUAL smoke stack to control smoke intensity, heat flow, conserve fuel, etc. THREE tank propane is manifolded into a burner in fire box, a burner in main tank, and the fry/boil area. Use one of all three. Pre heat the tank, start you fire box wood - - or fry/boil with a three tank capacity.
