custom built Rotissery / Smoker. Condition is "Used".I had this unit professionally built by J&B Mechanical of Ky, it can spin 8 whole lambs or 6 whole hogs at once on 4 12 foot solid stainless steel rods turned by a heavy duty 5 revolution per minute motor. The rate on top is 5 foot by 10 long and can cook sixty slabs of ribs at once or whatever you desire. Build a small fire on one end of the unit and fill the top grate up with meat and slow smoke to our warts desire. 2 1200 lb winches lift the doors for you and the fire trench made from steel pipe runs the length of the smoker for even cooking and controlled hot zone. Used at church festivals and catered events.Too big for my use now, ready to make money. Flag holders let you fly what ever you want to fit the event. This unit will last a lifetime. Over 15,000 invested in fab and materials.
