Custom made, this unit contains the following: (1)    20 Quart Steam-Jacketed Kettle (1)    40 Quart Steam-Jacketed Kettle (1)    Reimer Electric Boiler for water-heating.    208 Single Phase Electric. (1)     Stainless steel cart on casters (1)     Stainless Steel Sink (1)    Pre-rinse Faucet (Sprayer) (1)     Top-mount Agitator & Stainless steel paddle for keeping your food moving as it cooks.   (1)     Custom turntable for filling Five canning jars at a time.   Use this unit for double-boiling (cant burn foods in a steam-jacketed kettle), stewing, steaming, blanching, then transfer your products to the hopper.  From the hopper the food travels, through the quick-coupler sanitary fitting to your canning jars.  Payment must be received within 5 days of item selling.  Paying with PayPal is the fastest  way to receive your item.  We will ship tractor-trailer to the buyer, 3-6 business days after your payment clears into our bank account.   Buyer responsible for  unloading unit off  tractor-trailer.
