Hi, I'm a Cardiology Fellow who just upgraded from my well loved  Littmann Cardiology III SE Stethoscope to a Welch Allyn Harvey 3-headed Stethoscope. Therefore, I'm selling my USED Littmann Cardiology III SE Stethoscope. My Cardiology III is custom cut (on the advice of my mentors) to a length of 12 inches (standard is 27 inches). While this means you have to lean down closer to the patient, the acoustics are much, much better than the OEM Cardiology III (not making this up; ask your older Attendings as this used to be done a lot in the old days).  The earbuds are relatively new and there's a kit attached to the barrel that currently has my name but will shortly have yours. :) I am missing the diaphragm and bell covers and rings. These will cost you ~20 on ebay as seen here. There are also some superficial, cosmetic imperfections (minor dents) around the bell. The tube also has a nick just below (not above) where the diaphragm and bell inserts in (see picture). I've priced his stethoscope accordingly (eg. cheap). Retail on Amazon is $138.99. This, even after the parts, may be less than half that. Happy to answer any questions.
