For sale I am offering custom built milking stands which can also be used for grooming. Feeder included. This listing is for a stand that will fit a small or medium goat such as a Pygmy a Nigerian Dwarf or a mini Saanen or Nubian etc. For Standard sized goats such as Nubians, Alpines, LaManchas, etc. Please see my Standard Goat Stand I can make these in a wide range of dimensions to accomodate any needs you might have such as longer legs to save your back or any adjustment you may need to make for whatever reason. Just let me know either what dimensions you have in mind. If you have no preference, the standard size we make is 18" to the deck by 20" wide by 36" long with an adjustable width neck gate that is tall enough to fit the aforementioned sized goat. I've been using this type of stand and I find it to be very sturdy. The legs and frame are 2X4 wood. I am including a double feeder which I like to use to separate grain from other treats or water. You can choose from a hook and eye closure or an adjustable chain closure for the neck gate, if you have no preference we use the chain closure. For shipping purposes, some very basic assembly will be required. Holes will be pre-drilled and marked with simple instructions. Screws and a bit will be included. Unless requested otherwise the stand will have a non pressure treated neck gate and treated base. This is so that no part of you or your animal is touching the treated wood. If you would like any other parts treated or the whole thing treated, or none of it treated please message me. I usually put these together over the weekend and then send them out that week. The stands pictured are examples. Yours will be made to order.
