CUSTOM MADE 5 VDC REGULATED POWER SUPPLY FOR INTEGRATED CIRCUITS IN LABELED BOX, SELLER REFURBISHED.  I constructed this power supply unit for integrated circuits four years ago for personal use.  It has terminal strips at each end for input and output both plus and minus.  The power supply is for an input of 12 VAC, 3 amps and has a regulated output of  5 VDC.  It is contained inside a black plastic box measuring 6" x 3 3/4" x 2".  I used this power supply most successfully for a couple of years.  However, since I am now purchasing commercial units for sound and control, I have no further need for it.  It is now surplus to my needs.  It was constructed from an article in Model Railroader magazine (August, 1988, p. 111).  The power supply includes a bridge rectifier, a NTE960 regulator on a heat sink, and three capacitors.  A schematic diagram in pasted inside the box.  This would be a most useful unit for powering electronic circuits using integrated circuits.. Package weighs ~12 oz.  U.S. buyer pays shipping and handling charges totaling $3.85.  Will ship by International Priority Mail but shipping cost will vary with location plus a $1.00 handling fee.  Prefer payment by PayPal.  "Buy It Now" price.  A 10% discount is offered for purchase of two or more of my current eBay listings at the same time plus a possible reduced shipping cost.  In this case please wait to be invoiced before paying.
