This hot dog concession cart/trailer is in good used condition with only normal signs of previous use/wear other than one small dent on the wheel well on one side of the cart, which does not affect its functionality whatsoever. All burners, sinks, plumbing and water tanks are in good working order, please feel free to test cart's functionality before finalizing the payment if you are picking up locally. This cart includes a number of varied accessories, all stainless steel or heavy aluminum, some made in America and some are not. The umbrella is in good used condition as well with only small signs of wear with NO holes or broken hardware. The tires are in good shape and the trailer itself is in good shape and is not rusted, most trailers and cars in Texas are not since there is never salt on the road that aids in the build-up of rust, and the lights work. The cart itself is all stainless steel. I think some accessories are missing (complete napkin holder) and perhaps some other pans, and might have some additional items in their place since the carts are custom tailored to the original purchaser. From what I can tell on their website this is a "Custom Mobile Food Equipment Model 525 Unit". This cart had one previous owner that bought them brand new, I do not have the paperwork to prove this but he seemed honest and the carts are not very old so I tend to believe him. A bill of sale will be provided with this purchase and that is sufficient in most states. PLEASE check your states regulations on licensing carts/trailers to make sure this is a smart buy, most states do not have many regulations on them if they are under 4,000 lbs, which this cart definitely is. The trailer hitch has a 2" ball. Cart is stored in a fully enclosed metal building to avoid any wear! I do not wish to accept returns but I will if absolutely necessary.
