Cover is embossed with Sales Manager, Sales Council Of Excellence. Front outside pocked, inside pocket 3 small pockets for business cards or small items. Slit for legal pad to slide into on the right. Measures 13" x 10" x 1/2". Inside is clean no stains, leather has no stains, some scuff marks to the leather from use.
