Remote customers can expect items to be shipped within 1-5 days of purchase. Due to the current situation, customers are no longer allowed to enter the building and must use the man door where a wifi and QR code setup is available for sign in. After signing in, customers must proceed to the west side of the building to the loading dock to wait for their items. Our operating hours are M-F 9am-5:30pm. This used CyberPower 825AVR UPS is in working condition and has been tested with all sockets. The battery has been removed and the item comes as shown with normal signs of use including scuffs, scratches, blemishes, and sticker residue. Please note that neither a power adapter nor power cord is included unless permanently attached to the device. We do not have the ability to transfer licenses and no other accessories, hardware, or software are included.
