The Heidelberg parts manual calls this item simply, a "support". It's been nick named the "banana cam" due most likely to it's shape. This is actually used in adjusting your cylinder pressures. The shaft that goes through the upper mounting holes are used to increase or decrease your printing pressure with the adjustment knob at the delivery end of the press. The lower mounting holes both have eccentric bolts. These eccentrics are also used in the cylinder pressure adjustment process.
