Like new condition. Used a dozen times. Front or rear projection. Optional wall mount kit included (unused in packaging) Width 148 overall 140"viewable width. Height overall from hanger to bottom is 101" with 76" viewable height. There is a 12" drop which allows for a lower positioning of the viewable area. This electric screen is controlled with a 3 position switch and can be stopped in any position. If the over all height is an issue, you can eliminate 12" by not lowering the screen fully. A better thing to do is to adjust the auto stop sensor. I do not know if this is possible but i assume it is. Excellent image. Motor and all tensions have stayed perfect. This is a pickup item and is available for immediate inspection and/or purchase. *The entire unit is 14'. It might fit in a 12' on an angle. It should be wrapped in cardboard and kept flat during transport. We can assist. *This rig was around $2500 new. Check with Da-lite for the exact specifications using the info in the last pic.
