The top and bottom plates are insulated from transferring large amounts of heat into the surrounding metal of the machine. The entire system is modular for quick adaptation to other setups. Processes involved with production of this machine done in our shop include: drilling, shearing, welding, stamping, tapping, countersinking, deburring, cleaning, priming, painting and a host of other thankless tasks. All of the metal we work for the machine is at least 1/4 inch thick and well designed to withstand the test of time.
