It will cut 2 ply and 4 ply sheets of mat board and many other materials! 3/16" guillotine blade can cut through lots of materials. Unfortunately, it is very heavy.....90lbs boxed, 80 lbs by itself, so shipping is expensive. PICKUP is GREATLY encouraged in PA 17815! Otherwise shipping costs are REAL!
