This listing is for one NEW Daikin 7.5 ton packaged rooftop air conditioning heat pump unit, Model #DCH090. Electric heat can be added to this unit. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: · The base under the coil is bent and pushed inward. · The coil has several rubbed spots and is very slightly bowed. None of the tubes are punctured or dented and the unit is fully charged. · A few fins on one of the hail guards are broken, but the interior components are undamaged. · There are a couple of minor dents elsewhere on the unit. · These defects are cosmetic and should not affect the unit’s performance.
