This listing is for one NEW Daikin packaged air conditioning unit. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. Electric heat can easily be added to this unit. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that the base under the coil is bent in and the coil above is bowed slightly. There are some dents in the top edge and top panel over the coil. Both circuits in the unit are fully charged with refrigerant snd show no sign of leaks. There are a few other minor scratches and dents on the cabinet. These defects are cosmetic and should have no affect the unit’s performance. See photos for details.
