The web's first sausage stuffer that produces both sausage and ground jerky, making sausage and jerky just got easier for the modern day sausage and jerky maker. The Dakotah Sausage Stuffer and Jerky Maker Combo (9 lb capacity) is like having two machines in one. It easily fills a wide range of sausage casings (hog, sheep, beef, fibrous, collagen). It also produces (2) 1" wide ground jerky strips at a time, or (3) 3/8" diameter snack sticks at a time or (2) 1 1/8" diameter skinless sausages two at a time. Comes with 3/8" sausage funnel, 3/4" sausage funnel, jerky insert, snack stick insert, and skinless sausage insert. Attaches to a standard garden hose.
