The stage platform is 8" (200 mm) square, travel is 6" x 6", and it comes on an 8" x 12" x 3/8" aluminum mounting plate giving it a total height of 4 3/8". The accuracy with the rotary position encoder is 20 um bidirectional with + 1.0 um repeatability (manufacturer specs., we did not confirm this). Has both manual and motor control. The load capacity is 125 kg (275 pounds) (Manufacturer specs.) and with a 200 pound man standing on the stage it moved easily and precisely in both axes. Includes four 9 pin DB9 D-sub serial connectors, labeled, two for controlling the motors and 2 for the encoders.
