The Auto Attendant can process and route two calls simultaneously if you have at least 2 lines connected. Two Voice mails can be processed simultaneously. Up to 8 conversations (4 outside and 4 inside) can take place at the same time. You can easily set any individual or group of extensions as an operator station. The Voice Mail unit is self configured (plug n play) to the PBX and is easily programmed from any "off the shelf" standard telephone plugged into a programming phone jack (standard RJ-11) on the rear panel of the Voice Mail System. Remote programming from the PBX or from the outside is also a standard feature.
