I plugged the machine in, it turned on, the screen display works, and the buttons all respond when pushed. I tested it out my scanning a card, the machine recognized the card and asked me how much I wanted to charge the card for. I voided the purchase and the machine printed out a receipt. The receipt was set up for the previous business that it was used at. I don't know how to program the machine or anything like that. When you get it, it will be set up for the previous business that used this machine. I make no guarantees other than what I have said. I don't know how these machines work, so I don't know how to set it up or take payments. All I know is what I described when testing it out. Having said that, this machine will be sold "as is".
