The shutter is designed to fit 36 inch blade fans and has a free area of 7.436 feet. It has a max velocity of 3500 FPM. The frame for the shutter has a bent area. See pictures in slideshow below for more details. We are aware of the imperfections with this unit and have priced the listing accordingly. If the item is to be delivered to a residence, a smaller truck with a liftgate will be required, and these services required added fees. Please ask for a manual invoice to cover the cost of a delivery truck with a lift gate if you wish residential service. When it is received, it will be inspected and as long as it returns in the same condition it was sent out a full purchase price refund.
