The inlet and outlet diameter is 24-7/16 inches, and the bolt circle diameter is 25-3/4 inches. The maximum motor height is 10 inches and the shaft diameter is 1 inch. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally. If it returns in the same condition it was sent out, we will give a full purchase price refund. This product is a Dayton 4GXU5 24-inch stainless steel belt-drive tubeaxial fan with six blades. We have inspected the item and we have no reason to believe it will not function as intended. Our 14-day return policy requires the buyer to return the item to us, and we will inspect it. The fan has cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the unit, but it does not affect its functionality.
