The Dayton 4RK74 should be Installed above-grade to handle residential, commercial, and small industrial sewage applications from lavatories, laundry tubs, floor drains, and water closets. All of our pumps are new old stock. We have opened and inspected the pumps to ensure there is no damage and that everything is included. The pump will ship as they came from the factory, in factory box, with all factory packaging and manual unless it is noted otherwise. This unit will ship in the original box with everything that would have been included from the factory. The boxes will have at least some wear but none of them have any major damage. Dayton originally offered a warranty that covered 12 months after installation or 18 months after manufacture. We are NOT a Dayton dealer, so the Dayton limited warranty will not apply. However, we will warrant the pump based on the exact terms and conditions of the Dayton Limited Warranty for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This will provide a proper amount of time to install the pump accessory and confirm that it is in perfect working order as advertised. We will be happy to correct any issue that may arise with this or any product. You MUST ensure that you are connecting the pump accessory properly. Please read the wiring instructions in the manual prior to installing. We will not accept a return for any pumps that were wired incorrectly.
