I recently acquired this motor at a government auction but no one could tell me if it is new or used. Looking at it, I think it's new since the coil inside appears unused but the body has some scratches which may suggest otherwise, so I really cannot tell if this motor is new or used. I'm safely listing it as used. Also, I cannot tell if it's working or not as I have no way of testing it. I have provided a lot of pictures to help the potential buyer. My gut feeling tells me it's new though.  It has 14 days return guarantee on it, so the buyer may return it if not satisfied.  Payment due within 3 days of purchase.  Thank you.
