It has surface scratches from normal wear -- see our pictures for condition. Meets OSHA & ANSI standards. Sleeve fits 5/16" (8mm) and 3/8" (9.25mm) wire cable systems -- perfect for jobsite security when climbing poles, towers, tanks, etc. The swiveling Lad-Saf sleeve attached by carabiner to your harness prevents falls by locking onto the cable -- not meant for use with rope and is labeled as such!
