This equipment is owned by the local bakery and I was asked to post it. Please understand that this is a very large item and has multiple parts. The machine itself is an automatic doughnut maker that will fill a screen with doughnuts in a matter of minutes. I have included a photo of a rack containing 22 screens for this machine. They way that it was explained to me was that once the machine is in operation, it will automatically move the screen on the table as the hopper spits out doughnuts. This machine has quite a few years on it but for someone just starting out, it has just about everything you need to be in business. This auction also includes what the company calls "The Docomatic Conditioner" which is what you place the screens of doughnuts till they rise. The auction also includes a large deep fryer to cook an entire screen of doughnuts at a time. The auction also includes a device that is used for glazing the doughnuts. If anyone is interested in all of this equipment, please contact me before bidding. I will get the owner to write a procedure so you will know how fast it runs and what it's limitations may be. As you can see from the photos, this is way to much to ship. I am sure it can be arranged but for now, I have it posted as a pickup only. Besides, I am sure that you would want to see it operate before buying it! Pleas ask all questions before bidding. I spoke with the owner today and he explained to me that once you have the hopper filled with dough and start it up, it will fill a screen with 24 doughnuts in approx. 30 seconds. He explained that the machine moves the screen to the left and right and all you do is push the screen forward. That means that the machine spits out 6 doughnuts in approx. 7.5 seconds times 4 rows. I also found out that both the doughnut maker and the Docomatic Conditioner which is where you place the screens of doughnuts until they rise then you fry them up in the large deep fryer and they all run on 220 AC. I am not sure about the machine that puts on the glaze but it comes with this auction. I have included some pages from the Operating Instruction manual.
