Dead Outback-s Gps Lightbar Guidance System, Good Antenna?

This was a functioning Outback-S with firmware v2.3. I sold it and the new owner took it in for a firmware update - which "bricked" it. When it was returned to me it still output GPS data on the serial port and responded to Hemisphere 'J' commands. I've tried the only Outback firmware I have access to, and it supposedly loads successfully, but won't "reboot". The screen is stuck on: Bios Startup Ver 1.09.015 Outback Bios Pgm > Disable Port B Pressing Enter changes the display between > Enable Port B and > Disable Port B Otherwise the Outback functions are unresponsive. Somehow after sitting idle for a few months, it no longer outputs GPS data or responds to 'J' commands. The serial port is still alive, the Hemisphere RightArm loader connects and can query status and upload firmware successfully, but like the Outback program, the Hemisphere apps no longer start properly. Maybe it is truly a "brick". But if you happen to need a case, screen, button overlay, bracket, suction cup, cables, or antenna, or if you know more than I do about Outback and have better access to old firmware, this may be your deal. NOTE! I really do live "off-the-grid" - so far off there is no USPS service here. It takes me an hour to deliver something to a UPS or USPS location. If you're willing to pay an additional charge above the eBay UPS shipping estimate, for UPS pickup at my location, you can receive your shipment in the carrier's estimated time, plus the eBay "handling time". UPS pickup typically adds about 60% of the quoted shipping cost to your bill.
