Warranty Items listed as "Parts or Not Working" have no warranty. All other items are sold with a 30 day warranty as follows: Items damaged in shipment, non-functional upon arrival, or incorrectly listed-Buyer will receive a full refund of all cost, including return shipping. Large items weighing in excess of 150 lbs, shipping to any address, will require shipment via Motor Freight. For cost and quality of service reasons, we do not ship domestically via UPS. All those that exceed those limits are quoted using the eBay UPS calculator for UPS Worldwide Expedited. However, please be aware that we will not ship internationally using UPS. We will only ship using FedEx International Economy or DHL. The rates and service are better. We will only charge you a maximum of the UPS quoted rate. These products are occasionally subject to export restrictions under U.S. law. The Bureau of U.S. Census and the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) regulate exports through the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). We follow these regulations. In order to comply with export control laws established by the US Department of Commerce and the US Department of State, depending on the item, we may require a written statement defining the ultimate End User, the End Use of each product to be exported and the buyer’s agreement to comply with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
