Each indicator has been tested and all functioned as designed. This product is designed for use in equipment panels where a high intensity flashing indicator is required. If an item is “dead on arrival” or does not function properly, it is not the customers fault and I believe they should not have to incur an expense. If the customer requested special shipping such as Next Day Air, I will only reimburse the amount of the original shipping charge posted in the listing. For example, if a shipping charge of $12.95 was posted in the listing and the customer requests next day air that cost $89.00, only $12.95 will be refunded so please consider this before requesting special shipping.
