Warranty Items listed as "Parts or Not Working" have no warranty. All other items are sold with a 30 day warranty as follows: Items damaged in shipment, non-functional upon arrival, or incorrectly listed-Buyer will receive a full refund of all cost, including return shipping. Where multiple items are in inventory, Seller will offer to replace the item at Buyer's option. The Seller will advise regarding method of return shipping. Items purchased incorrectly by Buyer. While the eBay estimate you are receiving with the listing may be for shipping via the USPS, or via UPS, we do reserve the right to select the most advantageous method. If there is a significant decrease in shipping cost from the eBay quote, we will give you a refund. We will also combine shipments to save you shipping costs when we can. Items weighing in excess of 70 lbs, to a domestic residential address will have to be shipped to a FedEx service center for your own pickup. Large items weighing in excess of 150 lbs, shipping to any address, will require shipment via Motor Freight. We are always willing to ship using your FedEx account if your discounts are better than ours. Once we have your US zip code, we can pull a shipping estimate from FedEx to compare. For cost and quality of service reasons, we do not ship domestically via UPS. International Shipping: Most items, up to a weight of 70 lbs, that do not exceed the girth plus length limit of 79 inches, and cost less than $2,800.00, are quoted in the listing using USPS Priority Mail International rates. All those that exceed those limits are quoted using the eBay UPS calculator for UPS Worldwide Expedited. However, please be aware that we will not ship internationally using UPS. We will only ship using FedEx International Economy or DHL. The rates and service are better. We will only charge you a maximum of the UPS quoted rate. These products are occasionally subject to export restrictions under U.S. law. The Bureau of U.S. Census and the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) regulate exports through the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). We follow these regulations. In order to comply with export control laws established by the US Department of Commerce and the US Department of State, depending on the item, we may require a written statement defining the ultimate End User, the End Use of each product to be exported and the buyer’s agreement to comply with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
