All Freight shipments (i.e. Drum sanders, table saws, drill presses, dust collectors, router tables, etc.) and Hazardous products (i.e. glue, activators) are dropped shipped by our suppliers to you. Due to the special handling requirements for these items WE CANNOT MAKE DELIVERY GUARANTEES. Normal drop ship lead time is 3-7 business days from order confirmation. Additional delays of up to two (2) weeks or more can be expected during busy periods. Due to the added administrative effort required for these orders, a ten (10) percent cancellation charge will apply for all cancelled orders. Expedited shipping is not available for freight shipments. We cannot ship Jet, Powermatic or Delta products to Canada. Quoted Freight Prices are based on service to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock. Residential delivery is available but you will be responsible for an additional delivery charge if you require a lift gate. Otherwise,freight companies are also subject to a number of regulations, one being that they are not to give any assistance in unloading from the truck. They are only responsible to get the load to the back of the truck. If you can not take delivery, you must notify us at time of order and we will ship to the closest freight terminal of our choice. If choosing this method make sure you bring plenty of dunnage & tie down straps to ensure a safe travel to your business or place of residence. If your package is returned, refused, or sent back to us for any reason you will be charged a twenty (20) percent return fee. In addition, you will be charged for return delivery to the shipper. Returns will be accepted up to seven days from receipt. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All returned shipments must be authorized by CT Power Tools prior to there return and clearly marked with our RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All returns must arrive at CT Power Tools returned goods facility in "Resalable Condition". Resalable condition is defined as new, unopened, unused product, returned in original packaging. Returned goods which fail to meet these returned goods requirements may be subject to additional restocking fees and may result in reduced or denied credit issuance. Original shipment and handling charges are non-refundable. Credit issuance for successful returns will be processed within ten (10) days of receipt. Due to the added administrative effort required for equipment orders, a ten (10) percent cancellation charge will apply for all cancelled orders. We only ship within the 48 contiguous states only and a phone number must be included for efficiency. Expedited shipping is not available for freight shipments. We can not ship freight to APO/FPO or PO BOX addresses.
