Oven Features • Gleaming Stainless Steel Interior and Exterior • Solid State Thermostat • Solid State Digital Timer • Full View "Heat Reflective" Glass Doors   Provide Sight Baking and Proofing • Thermo Pane Doors • Heavy Insulated• Crowns 4-1/2" • No Moving Parts • Brightly Lighted Proofer Features • Individual Heat and Moisture Controls • High Volume Circulating Blower • Manual Fill Moisture Pan - Trouble-Free • Easy to Clean and Manitain • Dependable Humidity Control • Sanitary Stainless Steel Overall • Heavy Duty Construction Oven Capacity: 3 18" x 26" full size pans Proofer Capacity: 8 18" x 26" full size pans or 16 13" x 18" half size pans, along with 3" adjustable spacing. This oven only takes up 8 square feet in a kitchen, so its great for tight spaces. or that unused corner. The oven is a little dirty, but that's because when we bought it used,we unwrapped it to make sure it worked and haven't used it since. It will be cleaned before shipping, that I can promise. But this is a work horse of an oven and will be an excellent purchase. Due to size, buyer pays shipping as it has to be shipped freight. Also, depending on where you live it may take up to 1-2 weeks for delivery. Thanks!
