This #junctioncrew #crewbox package is a curious little combination of components.We set it up as a demo rig for the new Titan Helix. We used trailer that came to us in horrible condition (see pictures of drums lying on their side-that was on delivery) that we painstakingly restored. The interior has been completely redone with Bamboo floors, 5/8" sanded plywood walls, 3/8" sanded plywood ceilings, all remnants of previous internal abuse expunged. We debated on redoing the outside. Chose not too. A wrap can cover up the smudges, and the few dings show its character. We've ordered new 7,000lb axles for her not because we needed too (the 5200lb on it are fine) but because we want the outside to perform like its insides. She's fully insulated, new vents installed on the roof, all lighting new. She's road ready & foam worthy thanks to: Titan's ALL new Helix FR28 with 200ft of Titan's Surefire Heated hose. This new proportoining system stands a good chance of weening many from a very long dependency on BLUE. She's got a HUGE delta T, sips power like an E20, has an output between an H25 & an E30 and thus far they've not found much she won't spray nicely. Her power source is a barely broken in Onan 35kw Cummins Diesel generator that we just had PM'd at Onan. Clean Cummins power. The compressor is a Ingersoll Rand 5hp compressor with a matched high temperature air dryer. The supply, air, and recirculation hoses & lines are custom made. The electrical is professionally installed by licensed electricians. (2) IPM IP02 Transfer pumps, an IPM agitator, and a gently used Allegro A750 fresh air pump with 100ft of line with mask are included in this package along with your personal protection package and safety gear.
