Denar Fully Adjustable Dental Articulator, comes with allen wrench and an example casting. Although this is an older model, it works perfectly. Everything pivots and moves properly. Never used. Great condition, but could use a good cleaning (been sitting on a shelf for a long time). My father retired from this company, and made parts for these. I could not find a model # on this. NO BOX There are a couple of chips on the Example Casting at the top, where is meets the metal parts. I do not know how to remove the casting, and didn't want to wreck the instrument, so I will leave that to you; since you know how to do it. SHIPS INSURED!
