This 3 inch wide ball has a finely tuned density such that it sinks in cold water (59 farenheit, 15 Celsius) and floats in warm water (113 farenheit, 45 C). Conveniently, cold water or hot tap water does the trick nicely. This ball can be used in demonstrations of how water density changes with temperature, and allows an illustration of a phenomenon that can be used to discuss lake water dynamics.  We accept PO's.
