Product Code Description FS-272 Built in Piezon Scaler (Standard) The heart of the piezon kit consists of four piezo-ceramic discs attached to a titanium stylus. These transmit the ultrasound oscillation to the tip of the instrument. An electronic module with integrated micro control unit ensures a constant oscillation rate (adjusts seven times per second at frequencies of 27,500 and 32,000Hz) essential for the high precision required. The piezon kit can be readily integrated in most commercially available dental units, irrespective of wether these are compressed air or electronically controlled. Installation is required.
