How it works. 1.You pay $25 for your sensor repair estimate. 2.You include a copy of your e-bay purchase receipt and ship your Dentrix sensor to: AcuTech Center 31878 Del Obispo Street # 118-355 San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 1.We test your sensor and contact you with a NO RISK estimate. 2. Upon your approval and payment we repair your sensor. 3.Your sensor is tested and then sent back to you fully tested. 4.If your sensor has image issues we e-mail you a test image. 5.Upon your approval of the test image we ship back your sensor. (If you do not approve the image or there is un-repairable sensor damage we will return your sensor and original parts and refund your total eBay purchase amount to your Paypal account). All sensor repairs come with a 6 month parts warranty. Warranty does not cover accidental sensor or cable damage caused by the user or patient. Normal repair turnaround is about 5 business days from the day it is received at our facility unless we are experiencing a higher than normal repair volume which can cause delays up to 2 weeks. It is the customers responsibility to: 1.Pay for incoming shipping cost. 2. Pack your sensor properly & include insurance on your package. 3. Include a copy of your eBay sensor repair receipt with your shipment. 4. Include contact info: Name, Phone Number, Return Address and e-mail Address. 5.
