The Despatch LCC1-54NV-2 oven is a controlled-atmosphere unit that incorporates HEPA filtration for processes that necessitate a contamination-free environment. The oven also features a chamber capacity of 5.4 cu.ft., a maximum temperature of 260C/500F, and a temperature uniformity of В±2C at 200C, and В±3C at 260C. Constructed with a stainless steel interior, this oven offers the advantages of both a clean-room oven and an inert atmosphere oven, thanks to its inert atmosphere option. Electrical specifications are 240 Volts, 60 Hz, 6000W, 27.1A. The nitrogen portion for the LCC series oven comes equipped with a manual three-way valve and two flow meters, connected by piping to the inlet connection on the lower back panel marked nitrogen supply. The recirculating fan has a capacity of 400CFM/1/4HP, while control stability and repeatability stand at В±0.3C and +В±0.5C, respectively. The unit is fitted with a removable HEPA filter that guarantees a continuous flow of 99.97% clean air to the product. The dimensions of the oven are 18"W x 19"D x 27"H (inside) and 34.5"W x 32"D x 43"H (outside).
