HHGQC-WD 22 is a novel, practical, non-contact ,on-line and figure type instrument for missing filament of steel cord. It adopts the single coil magnetic  probe and utilizes the method of micro computer to detect. It can be applied to  detect the missing filaments of multi-strends steel cord after it’s formed into a rope. It can be pre-setted sensitivity according to the different numbers of the filament which can be less than 27 filaments  and the diameters of single filament  can be from ? 0.15 mm to ? 0.45 mm. After the steel cord forming into a rope in the strander and  passes through the magnetic probe before taking up, if there is a missing filament, the instrument will send out a alarm signal and make the machine stop .  There is  tecnology of light and electricity insulation in input and output so that there is a powerful antijamming ability on it. There are  LCD  manifestation and PV switch with lightly touch .  The size is small. The outline is beauty.  The synthesis function is very good. Condition as seen on the photos.
