Description This Dexco step reamer is new unused surplus in its original package as pictured. It is made of solid carbide. Overall length is 5 5/8", the straight shank is 2 3/8" long (including the tang) by 0.5615" in diameter, the larger diameter cut is 11/16" (0.6875") with a 2 3/4" length of cut (including the chamfer between the diameters, subtract about 1/8" for this chamfer), the smaller diameter cut is 0.501" with an approximate 1/2" length of cut (including the end chamfer, subtract about 1/8" for the end chamfer), six straight flutes, right hand cut. It looks like it has a very tight tolerance on the 11/16" cut... the edge on the 11/16" cut looks polished rather than finely ground. The edge on the 1/2" cut (0.501" actual) looks like a standard fine ground finish.
