This is a Dexta full power surgical chair. All functions work well, locking casters included. Motorized up/down, right/left, forward/back & recline up/down. Fully adjustable head rest up/down, forward/back Grey upholstery, left side arm rest has a scrape on the out side of the arm that can be reupholstered for a small fee. Came from a working ophthalmology office. The chair has been cleaned, lubricated & serviced by a service tech. Great solid for in office procedures. This item can be picked up in the Boston area.
