Two (2) each, 8 by  3 inch Turners. By  Dexter Russell. Designed to be rugged for use in a professional kitchen. Can be used to "turn" any meat, eggs or even cake. These are stamped "factory seconds" however all blemishes are cosmetic only. These turners have some SURFACE scratches that will not effect the functionality of these tools. The edges are sharp and crisp and the handles are tight. NSF approved.  I personally inspect the turners before buying them from the factory.
