I had purchased several doors at a auctions that were either returned, never picked up or damaged in transit.  This door in particular was returned to the manufacture because the door was damaged in transit and was not seen until the door was installed and sheeting installed.  The door had a bent frame member which was straightened and replaced by the factory back to the factories specifications.  The door has screw holes on the frame due to the previous installed cladding to the exterior of the door.   The actual door finished frame size is 50' 7" x 24'.  It is for a 50' wide clear opening by 20' clear opening height.  The door has a 3.5" overlap on both sides of the building.  24' is the bolt/ hinge height.  The frame is made with high strength 3" HSS steel tubing.  Total frame weight is 3000 lbs. It comes with a top rubberized canvas weather seal and a 9" rubber bottom weather seal.  The single lever locking system is located on the right viewed from the inside.  The locking system pulls and seals the door against the building.  This is one of the nicest locking systems I've seen on a bi-fold door....   The electric opener comes with a up/ down/ stop switch.  The electronics require single phase 230 volt power.  This is a commercial grade opener!  The frame is painted in the manufactures charcoal gray.  This door comes pre-assembled with the electronics installed on the door.  This door is ready to be install on a building.  This door comes with a unique cable lift system which is far superior to other manufactures that I've seen.  Their design reduces the cable wear.  The exterior covering/ sheeting is not included.  I will email the detailed install manual in PDF format to the buyer.  For more information on this brand of bi-fold doors, please visit their diamonddoors website.  If you have any questions, let me know!!!
