Up for sale is a Dictaphone model 2710 with AC adapter and foot pedal. This machine has been tested and appears to work, but has some issues. First, it would often cut off or quit working right whenever moved. I could get it to work properly by moving the AC adapter plug (where it connects to the Dictaphone unit) slightly. This may be something wrong with the Dictaphone unit, or may be something wrong the AC adapter - I'm not sure. Second, the Dictaphone unit has something rattling around inside it. Third, the telephone record plug appears to be damaged. We tested this unit by playing a cassette tape in it. We were able to play it and listen to it, rewind it, and fast forward, but did not test further as we are not sure how to operate this machine fully. The foot pedal works, but has something metal clanking inside of it, and is missing one of the feet on the bottom. Cosmetically, everything is in fair condition, but does have some scratches and scuff marks on it, and is a bit dirty/dusty. One of the feet on the bottom of the dictation machine is not in the right spot. Sold as-is, with no returns unless not as described above.
