Power switch was missing a 250V fuse. We placed a test fuse and unit powered on. 250V fuse NOT included and recommended) Full functionality is untested due to our limited testing resources. Unit calibration is recommended before use When power switch was turned on, unit fan and screen immediately started working. The first boot up took over a minute to initialize but every other time after we tested the unit, it immediately booted up and we were able to interact with the unit software Touch screen is responsive and appears undamaged with no major scratches or cracks Internal control panel ports (RX/TX, GPIB, Datacom, RS-232, 10BaseT, Orderwire, parallel and power) upon inspections are intact and damage free Built-in carrying handle is secure and is intact Light scratches, scuffs and adhesive residue are present throughout unit Unit Dimensions (L" x W" x H"): 10 7/8 x 12 1/2 x 5 As a large liquidator for many vendors, our rating system is as follows.
