NOT SURE HOW TO TEST SO PLEASE BUY AS IS.  SEEMS TO BE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.  THE MOTOR TURNS AND THE BELT SPINS. WE ARE NOT SURE WHAT SIZE CANS THIS IS SET UP FOR??? THE FACTORY STILL SELLS PARTS FOR THIS MODEL.  THIS STANDS 25 INCHES TALL. THESE SELL NEW FOR $4100 YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I THINK THESE ARE THE SPECS.    RANGE:  2" to 4-1/4" diameter up to 5" tall, up to 2 pounds gross weight. TO OPERATE:  Position can, engage lift and start lever. The can is double seamed. Disengage lift and remove can.
